Approximately 275 km east of Vancouver, BC and 325 km west of Calgary, AB, Eagle Bay Landing is a private location directly on the vast underdeveloped Shuswap Lake. With over 1000 km of shoreline and home to a variety of natural wonders and attractions, you could easily spend all summer exploring the scenic and temperate Okanagan.

Climate
The Shuswap region has very moderate weather with no extreme temperatures. The general range is from an average of -5C in the winter months to 23C in July. Winters are often subzero with an average snowfall of one and a half meters of snow per year. Area lakes in summertime have average water temperature of 21C.
